CaCO₃ Fillers

Granulated mineral filler based on calcium carbonate (CaCO₃) for LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE and their coextrusions. It replaces part of the polymer, which lowers cost, and it also adds stiffness, reduces shrinkage, speeds up cooling and gives a matt surface that prints better. It is used in bags, FFS packaging films and laminates, and suits extrusion, injection moulding and blow moulding. The grade is chosen by CaCO₃ content, particle size and carrier type.
