Solution for manufacturing drinking cups
We supply a complete package for cup production: PP Homo/Random or PET, combined with White/Black/Color food-contact masterbatch to ensure stable colour and gloss. Functional masterbatches tailored to your tooling and processing cycle include: Slip for easy demoulding, Antistatic for automatic feeding, UV for colour stability, and Odor/Antigas for applications with recycled content. For lid and collar printing, we offer compatible primers and coatings for flexo or roto printing. All solutions are delivered with an agreed specification, including samples, documentation and a unified batch formulation. For LDPE, LLDPE and HDPE bags, we develop a tailored formulation with Color or White/Black masterbatch combined with functional additives: Slip for smooth travel over guides, Antiblock for easy opening, Antistatic for high-speed production, and Antifog for display bags used with chilled goods. A cost-efficient option is CaCO3 masterbatch with controlled LDR and stable sealing performance.
For printing, we supply consumables - inks, primers, coatings, mounting tapes, doctor blades - and verify system compatibility. For stretch film, we supply LLDPE and mLLDPE grades together with tack/cling masterbatch based on PIB or alternative systems to achieve the required cling level and stable winding. We select Antiblock within acceptable limits, along with stabilisers and colour masterbatches for identification and traceability.
We align the formulation with your line type - CAST or Blown - focusing on clarity, puncture resistance and film uniformity. Consumables for print and marking control are supplied together with the agreed specification. Upon request, we can provide dosing and recirculation units and support commissioning of the line.

For flow-pack applications and labels, we offer BOPP, PET and paper structures, including metallisable and pearlescent options, combined with Color masterbatch for consistent brand colours.
