Extrusion is the foundation of film, bag, pipe and profile manufacturing. We specialise in blown film extruders (Blown Film), which are the standard for flexible packaging. Our key focus is three-layer A-B-A extruders, the most economically efficient solution on the market. They allow the use of up to 80% recyclate or mineral filler (CaCO₃) in the inner layer (B), “closing” it with thin layers of primary HDPE (A). This significantly reduces bag production costs while maintaining strength and commercial appearance.

A-B-A HDPE Three-Layer Film Extruder
The A-B-A HDPE extruder is a twin-screw machine designed for producing three-layer film using the A-B-A structure. This technology is one of the most effective ways to reduce the production cost of bags. It allows a high percentage of recycled material and calcium carbonate (CaCO3) filler to be used in the voluminous inner layer (B), while the thin outer layers (A) are made from pure HDPE. As a result, the film retains excellent appearance and strength, while its price is significantly lower compared to single-layer film.
